Error code 713: UAC permissions required
Error code 713 indicates that your Windows User Account Control (UAC) doesn't have the right permissions to install your app.
Solution
Enable UAC and try to install your app again. To enable UAC, follow the steps given below:

You can see the slider at the Never notify. To turn UAC on, drag the slider up to any of the following selections and then select OK.
- Always notify me when: Programs try to install software or make changes to my computer and when I make changes to Windows settings.
- Notify me only when programs try to make changes to my computer (Default): Don’t notify me when I make changes to Windows settings.
- Notify me only when programs try to make changes to my computer (do not dim my desktop): Don’t notify me when I make changes to Windows settings.
