Learn about recordings and transcripts in Adobe Connect.
Recordings
Adobe Connect sessions can be recorded for future reference or for sharing with others. These recordings capture the session from a participant's perspective and include audio, video, and content in various layouts. Recordings are saved in MP4 format. Recordings can also be edited and downloaded from the Adobe Connect Central Connect Central. The recording URL can be accessed from the Adobe Connect Central and used to playback the recording in any browser.
Hosts can distribute recordings by generating a URL for participants to access. Additionally, you can download or edit the recordings.
Transcripts
Transcripts offer a written version of the spoken content from the session, allowing individuals with hearing impairments to review, reference, or access the information. Adobe Connect allows automatic transcription through integrated closed captioning or third-party captioning services.
Users can easily follow the recording as the transcripts synchronize with the session's timeline. Additionally, they can search and export the transcripts.
