Email values in the Adobe Acrobat Sign for Government environment are controlled through the user management system and cannot be altered by the user.
Customer accounts that use directory or SAML-based identity management systems will see their email address update when the identity provider record is updated.
Contact your account administrator if you are having issues with your email address or other profile information.
