Adobe storage quota and limits

Last updated on Jul 7, 2026

Applies to enterprise.

Learn how much Adobe storage your Creative Cloud for enterprise plan includes, what counts toward your quota, and the file and folder limits.

Storage allocation

Different plans include different amounts of cloud storage per license. The organization's total is pooled, so any user can exceed their per-license entitlement as long as the organization has not reached its overall total.

Storage stacks by license. Two Creative Cloud for enterprise licenses at 1 TB each give a pooled total of 2 TB for the organization.

Users can check storage usage from the Creative Cloud website or app. See how to find your cloud storage.

Storage contents

Adobe storage covers content across Creative Cloud, Lightroom, Document Cloud, and Adobe Express.

Counts toward quota

Does not count toward quota

  • Creative Cloud: synced files, cloud documents, deleted files, libraries, version history
  • Lightroom: imported photos and videos, edited files
  • Document Cloud: all documents, starred and shared files
  • Adobe Express: projects, brand files, graphics, web pages, videos
  • Adobe Stock credits
  • Adobe Fonts
  • Smart Previews from Lightroom Classic
  • Deleted Lightroom files
  • Frame.io files
Note

Files uploaded to Frame.io use Frame.io cloud storage, not Adobe cloud storage.

File and folder limits

Users can store as many files as their quota allows. The maximum number of synchronized files and folders is:

  • 350,000 files
  • 150,000 folders

Files shared by others don't count toward these limits. Deleted files count against the quota until permanently removed.

Storage purchase options

Creative Cloud for enterprise customers cannot yet purchase additional storage independently. Contact your Adobe Account Manager to discuss your organization’s storage options.
