Why use multimedia study tools
Multimedia study tools are ideal when you want to:
- Review content faster or on the go
- Learn through audio or visuals
- Collaborate with peers to co‑create and refine study materials
- Present collaboratively by turning shared study content into slides, without recreating work
Start with text‑based study tools to understand concepts, then switch to multimedia tools for review; your sources stay the same.

Video summary
Video summaries clearly explain your study materials through visuals and narration, making ideas easier to understand and remember. Once generated, video summaries appear as tiles in the Study Tools section, making them easy to find and return to while studying. Opening a Video summary tile launches the video player.

- Control playback with play/pause, rewind, and fast‑forward
- Adjust playback speed from 0.5x to 2x
- Change the volume as needed
