Unable to publish file
Issue description
Stager fails to publish a 3D scene with the error unable to publish file or unable to create temporary file.
Recommendations
Check hard drive space
In order to publish your scene, Stager must first convert it to a web-friendly format. Stager will first process an export of your scene in GLB format. These files are saved to the temporary directory on your device. If your hard drive is full this temporary export may fail to complete.
Check that your hard drive has available disk space.
Check your internet connection
Publishing a file saves it to Creative Cloud assets which requires an internet connection and access to the services. Ensure that you are online and that your network is not setup with any filtering that would block a connection to Adobe services.
Other failures
In the case that the scene continues to fail despite being online and having enough disk space, please report a bug to Substance3D-bugs@adobe.com.
