Learn how to create a blank PDF without using an existing file, image, or scan.
Creating a blank PDF is helpful when you need to make a simple one-page or two-page document from scratch. You can also create a new PDF form from a blank page to design custom forms with text fields, buttons, and other interactive elements.
For multi-page or heavily formatted documents, it's best to use a layout tool like Adobe InDesign or Microsoft Word, then export the file as a PDF.
