Use Adaptive Profiles

The Adaptive profiles help with image-adaptive adjustments in color, tone, and contrast of raw and DNG images.

Try it in the app
Follow along with any project to learn how to use Adaptive profiles.

On the Lightroom on the web homepage, select All Photos.

Select an image to open it in detail view, and then select Edit .

Note:

Adaptive Profiles are only applicable to RAW and DNG files.

Within the Profile dropdown, select Browse All Profiles to view all the profiles.

Select Adaptive B&W or Adaptive Color to apply to the image.

Once applied, you can adjust the intensity with the slider in the range of 0 to 200.

Select Share .

Tip:

For best results, apply the profile first before masking any edits.
