Unable to generate content or images
Learn what to do if you can’t generate content on the Adobe Firefly website.
Not enough generative credits available to generate content
Adobe provides access to generative AI features powered by Adobe Firefly through generative credits. A credit is debited from your monthly balance when you submit a text or media-based prompt that results in newly generated outputs. Generative credit counts reset each month based on your plan's billing date. Learn more about how many generative credits you have in your account.
