Set custom templates for the Generation presentation tab

Learn how to set custom templates to feature in the Generate presentation tab in Adobe Express.

Before you begin:

These steps apply to Adobe Express Enterprise plans for users assigned permission to manage templates in the Generate presentation tab. To use this feature, you must first work with your Adobe representative to prepare Adobe Express templates for your organization.

On the Adobe Express homepage, open your Account menu and select Manager Hub.

Select your account avatar in the top-left corner of the homepage to open the Account menu.

Select Application manager in the left panel.

If you have access to at least one annotated template, you'll see the section named Generate presentations with custom templates.

Select Modify, and then in the Browse modal, select the folder that contains the Adobe Express templates you want to feature in the Generate presentation tab.

Choose the desired folder and click Select folder

Note: The folder must contain templates prepared by your Adobe representative.

Select Save

Tip

To restrict Adobe-curated templates, turn off the toggle for the Generate presentation tab in the Adobe Express stock templates section. The setting organizations to either provide access to Adobe’s template library, restrict users to company-approved templates, or offer both options within the Generate presentation experience
