Once the client champion(s) have reviewed and are satisfied with the template, they can navigate to Your stuff > Shared with you.

Enterprise client champions can test and share approved branded presentation templates with application managers to feature in the Generate presentation workflow. During the annotation process, Adobe reviews and prepares the templates, and once complete, Adobe notifies organizations that the templates are ready for review. Once ready, the client champions can follow these steps to share the templates with application managers.
Before you begin:
- Enterprises must submit presentation templates for annotation and approval to Adobe.
- Once a template is annotated, the Adobe representative must share it with the organization's client champion for testing. The template must be shared with Can edit permissions. The template appears in the Generate presentation workflow.
The annotated template appears under Custom templates.
Hover over the template, then select the three dot icon.
Select Copy to > Projects, and then select Create projects.
Select Create.
In the Copy to dialog box, select Create folder, and then select Save.
Application managers can now follow the Generate presentations with custom templates workflow to upload the folder containing the annotated templates. Once added, these custom templates become available to all users within their organization.
Additionally, application managers can choose whether to enable or disable Adobe-curated templates by toggling the Generate presentation tab in the Adobe Express stock templates section. This allows organizations to either provide access to Adobe’s template library, restrict users to company-approved templates, or offer both options within the Generate presentation experience.
Troubleshoot
If a template does not appear in the Generate Presentation tab, verify that:
- The template has completed annotation and approval.
- The branded presentation template feature has been enabled in Manager Hub.
- Sufficient time has passed for changes to synchronize.
