Monitor content activity with Content logs

Last updated on Apr 22, 2026

View content activity across your organization to understand how users interact with Adobe assets and collaborate with others.

Content logs provide visibility into content-related activity across your organization. Administrators can review actions performed on files, folders, libraries, and shared content to better understand content usage and collaboration.

Examples of tracked activities include:

  • Creating, updating, moving, restoring, or deleting content
  • Sharing content and managing collaborators
  • Creating and accessing public links
  • Requesting and granting access to shared content

Content logs can help you monitor content activity, investigate content-related issues, and better understand how content is shared and managed across your organization.

For information about supported events, permissions, content log reports, and real-time monitoring through Adobe Developer App Builder, see Content logs.
