Learn how to review shared PDF Spaces in Adobe Acrobat by providing comments, annotations, and feedback based on your permission level.
Reviewing shared PDF Spaces enables effective collaboration by allowing you to provide feedback on files, notes, and insights. Your review options depend on your assigned permission level: Viewer, Reviewer, or Contributor. Contributors have full access, enabling them to manage files and notes, add new content, and delete or edit existing items within the PDF Space.
When you open a shared PDF Space, you first see an Overview experience that introduces the space, highlights key content, and helps you understand what to review and where to start before opening individual files.
