Edit a small portion of an image using Selective Editing in Photoshop Express.
Selective Editing lets you complete a complex image editing process quickly. Select only the portion of an image that needs to be amended using Quick actions for accurate editing.

Select a photo from your device.

Select Refine Selection and then select Add icon to manually add selection.

Use Smartcut or Brush depending on your requirements.
Tip:- Select Light, Color, Effects, Details, and so on to modify your photo
- You can also select Full, Subject, or Background to select the specific area on the photo.
