To improve the Adobe Creative Cloud storage experience, we will discontinue Creative Cloud Synced files for business plans, including Creative Cloud for Teams and Creative Cloud for Enterprise.
Starting December 11, 2023, new users and organizations will not be entitled to Creative Cloud Synced files. Starting February 1, 2024, Creative Cloud Synced files will be discontinued for personal accounts that existed before December 11, 2023. Starting October 1, 2024, Creative Cloud Synced files will be discontinued for business accounts created before December 11, 2023.
It is highly recommended to move your workflow away from using Creative Cloud Synced files as soon as possible.
In version 24.1 and later (December 2023), Premiere Pro will check if you have access using your Adobe ID. If you have access, you'll see the UI and be able to use the functions. The UI and associated functionality are no longer available if you don't have access.
Be aware that these functions will stop working in all previous versions of Premiere Pro (for those who don't have access), even if the UI is still present in the app.

Saving files to Creative Cloud is no longer an option for non-entitled users in any ingest settings.
Non-entitled users will be prompted to change existing Ingest settings that refer to the Creative Cloud folder in destination settings.
If an ingest preset references Creative Cloud files, you'll receive a warning in Media Encoder to change the destination setting.
Workaround: You may set the ingest setting location to any folder on disk, including third-party syncing services.
Importing and Exporting
Quick access shortcuts to Creative Cloud have been removed from Import Mode, Export Mode, Media Browser, and the Locate File dialog.
To work around this issue, navigate to the folder on disk directly if you still have access. Be aware that this folder will no longer sync through the Creative Cloud. It's highly recommended to relocate these files to somewhere else on disk.
Mac: ~/Creative Cloud Files

Renaming of Creative Cloud Files folder
When Creative Cloud Synced files gets discontinued for a user, the Creative Cloud Files folder on your device will be renamed. For more details, see 'Where do I find my Creative Cloud Files folder on my local device?' section here.
Team Projects
Creative Cloud files have been removed as a destination option for Ingest settings. Previously, Creative Cloud files were the default location when enabling proxies in the ingest settings for Team Projects. The new default is Documents.
When opening existing projects, non-entitled users will be prompted to change Ingest settings that refer to the Creative Cloud files directory as the destination.
Proxies stored in Creative Cloud files should be moved to a new location and reconnected.
Workaround: You may set the ingest setting location to any folder on disk, including third-party syncing services.
