Forgot your Adobe ID or password?
Your Adobe ID is the email address you used when you first started a trial or purchased an Adobe app or membership. Find solutions to common Adobe ID and sign-in issues.
Why do I have to sign in to use Dimension?
You need to sign in periodically for licensing validation—every 30 days for monthly members and every 99 days for annual members. Sign-in is also required when you download or update Dimension. For more information, see Activate and deactivate Adobe Creative Cloud apps.
Can I install Dimension on another computer?
You can install Dimension and other Creative Cloud apps on up to two computers. If you want to install it on a third computer, you need to deactivate it on one of your previous machines. Learn more about activating and deactivating Creative Cloud apps.

Adobe Dimension is a complex 3D application that uses multiple methods to display 3D graphics. The hardware requirements for 3D applications are higher than 2D applications.
