You can adjust the visible area in a PDF using the Crop Pages tool and the Set Page Boxes dialog box. Cropping pages can help you create consistency within a PDF composed of pages of different sizes.
Cropping does not reduce file size since the cropped data is only hidden and not discarded.
Try it in the app
Crop PDF pages and trim page margins in a few simple steps.
From the top tools bar, select Edit. Alternatively, select the All tools menu > Edit a PDF.
It displays the Edit toolset in the left panel.
From the Edit tools menu, select Crop page .
Drag a rectangle on the section that you want to crop. If necessary, drag the corner handles of the cropping rectangle until the page is the size you want.
In the Set Page Boxes dialog that opens, modify the following settings as desired.
To apply these settings to more pages, set the page range or select All under Page Range.
Select OK.
From the All tools menu, select Use Print Production.
It displays the Print Production toolset in the left panel.
From the left panel, select Set Page Boxes.
In the Set Page Boxes dialog that opens, under Margin Controls, select Remove White Margins.
To remove white margins from more pages, set the page range or select All under Page Range.
From the All tools menu, select Use Print Production.
It displays the Print Production toolset in the left panel.
From the left panel, select Set Page Boxes.
In the Set Page Boxes dialog that opens, under Margin Controls, select Set to Zero.
Cropping a PDF does not reduce file size because information is merely hidden, not discarded. By resetting the page size, you can restore the page and its content to its original condition.
