Learn how to download a backup of your Synced files to your computer.
Creative Cloud Synced files have been discontinued. Originally scheduled for October 1, 2024, the discontinuation has now been extended through February 3, 2025. Starting this date, Creative Cloud Synced files are no longer available for business plans, including Creative Cloud for teams and Creative Cloud for enterprise.
Beginning February 3, 2025, the folder is renamed to Creative Cloud Files + <account type> + <org_name> + <email> + <GUID>. For example, Creative Cloud Files Company Account XYZ email@xyz.com ####@xyz.com. Users can rename the folder as they see fit.
The shortcut for this Creative Cloud Files folder will be removed, and users can find this renamed folder under the following path:
Windows
C:\Users\<user name>\
macOS
/Users/<user name>/
If you choose to download your content from the Creative Cloud website after February 3, 2025, you can use the Package Download capability.
Note:
Zipped files will be available on desktop and mobile until March 4, 2025, after which they will no longer be available.
How can I download the backup of the Synced files on the desktop?

Select Package files.
Note:The process takes a while, depending on the number of files to back up. If you don't have any content in Creative Cloud Synced files, the package files button won’t be visible to you.

Select Download.

If you have more than 5GB of content, you'll see multiple zips.

Hover over each individual zipped file and select the three dots or the checkbox to see the download button.
How can I download the backup of the Synced files on mobile?
